If the rumors are to be believed, then Nokia’s first Android Go Smartphone Nokia 1 is coming in March 2018. And undoubtedly aimed at emerging markets such as India. To recall, Google announced Android Go program back in May to deliver an enhanced user experience on entry-level devices. Android Go is basically an operating system for budget smartphones with 512MB to 1GB of RAM.
Although this may be true, we can’t comment on the authenticity of this rumor. As it comes from the Russian tipster Eldar Murtazin, who has a mixed sort of reputation when it comes to leaks. Also, there is no official confirmation regarding the launch from HMD Global.
The new Nokia 1 is claimed to run Android Oreo. The rumored smartphone will have an HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display. In addition, it will have 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. Also, the price of new Nokia 1 could be around 5,999 rubles, which roughly translates to Rs 6,000.
